I was born in the USA

I consider myself a lucky person to have been born and raised in the United States of America. I am not surprised that many would like to be living legally in the USA. What surprises me, is the lack of effort most give to become a US citizen. Just arriving here is not enough. Entitlement is earned, not assumed.
